The IT Customer Care Standards Committee is again soliciting nominations for the annual Office of Information Technology Customer Care Excellence Awards. The deadline for nominations is September 11.
During each of the past four years, one individual, and one IT team have been honored for excellent customer service to the College community. Last year we introduced the Project Excellence Award.
The 2008 winners were Chris Novak for the Individual Excellence Award (presented to the individual who has made the most significant contribution to the success of their team, or towards the success of the customers they support); the Student E-Mail team for the Project Excellence Award (presented for outstanding project management and delivery); and In-Tech RV for the Team Excellence Award (presented to a team of support professionals helping internal and external customers to achieve their business goals or support needs). As in years past, the 2009 winners will be honored at OIT's celebration event during National Customer Care Week in October.
