MC LEADS: Now Accepting Applications for Spring 2026

Ready to grow as a leader? MC LEADS is Montgomery College's signature student leadership program designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and learn how to lead with purpose.

Through weekly sessions, small-group activities, and hands-on experiences, you will explore your strengths, connect with other student leaders, and learn how to make a meaningful impact on campus and in your community.

Spring 2026 Session Times

Germantown: Mondays, 2-4 p.m.; Rockville: Wednesdays, 3-5 p.m.; Takoma Park/Silver Spring: Thursdays, 2-4 p.m.

Students from all campuses and majors are welcome to apply. No prior leadership experience is needed.
