The Your Voice, Your MC Employee Experience Survey is now open, and eligible employees are encouraged to participate by October 16.

The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes and provides an opportunity to share your ideas, concerns, and workplace experiences.

Why does participation matter? The more employees who participate, the more complete our understanding of the employee experience becomes. The results give College leaders broader, validated information that can inform decisions across Montgomery College.

Responses are confidential, and results are not reported for groups with fewer than five responses.

And as a thank you for participating, you will be eligible to receive a $20 gift card.

Look for the survey invitation in your inbox and participate by 9 p.m. on October 16. The Employee Experience Survey is available in both English and Spanish.
