Global Classrooms/COIL Faculty Fellowship Info Session

TheGlobalClassrooms/COIL FacultyFellowship givesfacultymembers the opportunity to develop their knowledge and experience of the innovative teaching method of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), which connects students andfacultyfrom geographically distant locations and diverse lingua-cultural backgrounds in order to enhance cultural awareness and knowledge.This info session will highlight the aspects of the MC faculty fellowship and provide information on the application process.

At the end of the session on Thursday, October 15 from 3-4 p.m., participants will be able to:

1. Describe the guidelines and requirements to apply for the GC Faculty Fellowship at MC

2. Articulate the goals of a Global Classroom/Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project at MC
