Santiago Avila | Consultant, Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

Former international student who lived in Colombia, Germany, and the United States, Santiago is passionate about helping others navigate international education and career transitions. Prior to consulting, he spent more than seven years in real estate, focusing on growth, operations, and organizational improvement. Santiago began his academic journey at Montgomery College before transferring to the University of Maryland, College Park, and later earning an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Rekha Karki | Treasury Operations Specialist, World Bank Group

Rekha has more than 15 years of experience in finance, treasury operations, capital markets, trade settlement, derivatives, and transaction support. She began her higher education at Montgomery College and transferred to the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, where she earned a B.S. in International Business. She later completed an M.S. in Finance and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Management from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

Chris Liang | Co-Founder & Partner, Peblla Innovation Group

Chris serves as Co-Founder, Partner, and Sales Director at Peblla Innovation Group, where he leads business growth and technology deployment strategies for the restaurant and payment services industries. Based in the greater Washington, D.C./Baltimore region, he brings expertise in payment technology, merchant services, ISO valuations, and operational leadership.

Charlene Tan | Owner & CEO, Clover4 Designs

Charlene is the Owner and CEO of Clover4 Designs, an interior design and consulting firm specializing in commercial space design, layout planning, and construction project management. She began her career in the United States as an F-1 student intern and later joined Rich Markus Architects as a full-time staff member. She continues to collaborate on large-scale projects while leading her own firm.
