Marcia Bronstein, KenYatta Rogers, P. Rachael Wilson, Lucinda Grinnell, Leah Sneider, Tulin Levitas, Cinder Cooper Barnes, and Effie Siegel. Course Redesign Using Applied Global Humanities: Motivations and Reflections.Gregory Wahl, Maisha Duncan, Ilona Flores, Marcia Bronstein and Cinder Cooper Barnes. The Failure of Data and a Humanities Approach to Social Change. Rebecca Eggenschwiler. The humanities are going strong at Montgomery College, where great creativity and scholarly effort are put forth to deliver the most contemporary and relevant education to our students. This is evidenced by the third annual Humanities Days celebrations this October, featuring more than 40 educational events on all campuses. Extensive collaborations among faculty and programs are making clear the importance of understanding the human impact of today's events and tribulations. However, humanities events are not limited to our campuses-- we also share our expertise at the national level.
