Encourage Your Students to Complete Course Evaluations

Student evaluations are open now through Friday, December 11 for courses which end in December. All credit, AELP, and developmental classes are included. Labs and some specialized classes are excluded this semester. Studies have shown that the number one best way to drive up participation is for faculty to encourage their students to complete the evaluations and letting them know that the results really are viewed as useful feedback and will allow us to make improvements in the future. To ensure meaningful results, please remind your students frequently. Students will receive an email with a personalized link, connecting them to evaluations for their classes. They can also access the evaluations through their BlackBoard page via their MyMC log in. Evaluations are mobile-device accessible. A new feature provided by our vendor, EvaluationKit, is the ability for faculty to access participation rates for each of their classes in real time -- simply log in through your BlackBoard page!
