FY '16 Performance Evaluation Information
Thursday, March 31
Last day for supervisors to approve the final FY16 goal plans of their direct reports.
Friday, April 1
The Talent Management System (TMS) will 'lock-in' goal plans. This action tells the system to create the FY16 performance evaluation using the goals that are in the system on that date.
Employees hired before January 1, 2016
Employees hired before January 1, 2016 must have an approved FY16 goal plan by March 31 to be eligible for a salary increment. Employees hired between October and December must have their six month probationary evaluation completed and submitted before the annual evaluation.
Employees hired after January 1, 2016
Employees hired after January 1, 2016 do not need to have an approved FY16 goal plan and will not have an annual FY16 performance evaluation. However, employees and their supervisors will create an FY17 goal plan. The plan should be developed during the FY16 performance evaluation time period, and approved by the designated deadline.
